We are pleased to announce that Techmodal has acquired Dividend Training Ltd as of December 2019.
Dividend is a specialist project controls organisation with 20 years’ experience in implementing, supporting and training on P3M processes and applications. Working with all sizes of enterprise, Dividend provides support and services to some of the biggest P3M implementations in Europe that manage multibillion pounds in spend, including previously working with Techmodal on a large defence deployment of the full Oracle Primavera stack. As well as access to new domains, the acquisition provides strong synergies with Techmodal’s existing pedigree in cost management and data analytics and creates an integrated offering of coherent cost and schedule tools and services.
